Once dispatched you will receive confirmation and tracking details from our courier via email. We are not responsible for any delays, damage or inconvenience caused by the shipping courier. We are also not responsible for any unannounced fees, import duties or taxes that may occur upon International arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any cancellations, refunds or exchanges. 

All our pieces are hypoallergenic and are covered in a protectant to increase longevity.

We use a range of high quality metals for our jewellery pieces including: 925 silver, stainless steel, high quality brass/copper, 18k gold, rhodium and titanium. All materials are detailed in each product description.

Stones we use include: 5A+ cubic zirconia, VVS moissanite and rhinestone.
