NON-CUSTOM MADE ORDERS: processed within 1-14 business days before shipping.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS: are processed within 14-30 days before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: all items are shipped together regardless of processing time. Please place separate orders if you would like your non-custom made items to arrive earlier/separately.

Leluxe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
