Unfortunately, as we are such a small business we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. All products and gift cards are final sale.

DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ORDERS

At LeLuxe we inspect all our customers items before shipping and pack all orders with protective jewellery packaging. LeLuxe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
